Nimest Tech has reframed the meaning of travel. Focused on the tourism market and passionate about technology, Startup launched its app, 4d Travel, during WebSummit 2019. During the event, the platform developed by the company drew the attention of several participants, journalists and investors, who could check on first hand all the innovations and features created by Nimest.

The company’s intention is to develop technologies in Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence. 4d Travel, available for free download from Google Play and the Apple Store, revives characters that have marked the history of civilization by bringing them straight to the camera of your smartphone, tablet or VR. Thus, it is possible to visit, for example, the Praça do Comércio in Lisbon, and have a meeting with Dom João VI, talk with the character and understand all the culture of the time. The Tourist will be able to walk the streets of Lisbon guided by Fernando Pessoa, get to know the Eiffel Tower and have a class about architecture with Gustave Eiffel himself.

Several characters, recreated in 3d modeling and Augmented Reality are already available in the application, and by the end of the year, it is expected that nine more characters will be available for stories in Portugal and France. In the future, Nimest Tech expects an expansion of stories and characters around the world. Taking the sense of tourism and technological interaction to another level.

WebSummit 2019 was a milestone for Nimest Tech.
